use what everyone is saying as motivation...cardio 2x day + ECA, low carbs and weight training and see what happens. Worse case scenario is that you get real lean for the summer.


Start a progress thead and post pics 1 per week. Look at what Kyomu did and follow it exactly.  The key is just to stay motivated.

I agree.

Dov's posing is awful and he's automatically going to catch a ton of flak for undercutting his bodyfat (20%?  I don't think it's that high ... he'd probably have small jellyrolls.  I guess 16-17%, leaning toward the high end), but he actually does have some good bodyparts.  His chest is very good.  But those calves ...
