stand up straighter in your pooping pose
stop rolling your right ankle outwards like that. do you realise that you are doing it? maybe it's the shoes? i dunno.

Dov's posing is awful and he's automatically going to catch a ton of flak for undercutting his bodyfat (20%? I don't think it's that high ... he'd probably have small jellyrolls. I guess 16-17%, leaning toward the high end), but he actually does have some good bodyparts. His chest is very good. But those calves ...
