If the problem is lactose as you say, why would the fat content matter (low-fat vs whole)? Lactose is a slow digesting, slow burning sugar that does not significantly spike insulin levels. The glycemic load of a glass of milk is absolutly nothing compared to the rice you recommend.
As I told the other guy, please cite the studies which show consumption of dairy products specifically lead to thickening of the skin.

heres my studies
MIKE QUEEN
what you say is book worm material ,,what im tellin you is actual practical ifbb and npc and any gym rat who knows his bodybuilding and experienced on his body phylosophy
the lactose and the fat that comes from daity is NOT GOOD,,it blurrs lines,,it smoothen physies,,it bloats physiqes and the only way to pull it is by using gh and today we all use gh
never the less! even though there is major use of gh now days,,,no one NO ONE around is even close to zane condition from the 70s ,,
not to forget!!!! winning mr o at 180lb is something that IS UNHEARD OF AND UNTHINKABLE,,today by the way zane would still place top 6 in any pro competition he entered with the condition he has back then and he would do it still at 180-190lb,,his condition had a lot to do with reduction of whole milk and cheese from diet
take the pictures of jason cutler and frank zane,,put it side to side ,,,the mr o pictures ,,you can take any year jason won it wont matter,,,you will always see that zane though 100lb smaller look 100 times better and cheeze and whole milk has a lot to do with the things that call themselves bodybuilders you see now days
cheese and whole milk = the lunch kid,,it is no bodybuilding it is a fat guy with big muscles but no detail ,,no cuts ,,all one big bulk of nothingness,,it ruined bodybuilding especially because you can pull it all off by injecting more gh...the question is ....is it worth it? i say no ,,i say it ruined bodybuilding
