Oh, if fat fucks like Squadfather diets down, they will also have legs and arms like sticks. Its the fat that makes them huge. A 240 pound man at 25% Bf still has only 180 pounds lean mass on his body. Some of that will be lost while dieting down. Conclusion: The vast majority of people training looks like sticks when being around 6 - 10% BF.
This guy is bigger than the vast majority of people training.

Gayer than needing to see if Debussey knows what is wrong with his post...

Gayer than not liking to have to correct Debussey because he tends to be so mean to me :'(

Gayer than thanking you for asking...Yes, he replaced the ice maker and also informed me we needed a new filter every 6 months (we've had this fridge for 3 years)...when i asked the precious hubby about the filter he said he knew we needed one but forgot to tell me (i buy stuff like that). So, i rolled on to Sears and spent $54.15 on a new filter and am now waiting for a fresh batch of ice.
