The only bad thing about that country is, it's very corrupt... we exchanged money illeagally with puerto rican guy, because if we would've done it in a bank we would've gotten 5 times less cash. That's also very common thing to do in venezuela. But you don't pay for taxes there if you have a job, and you can fill your gas tank with only couple of cents. But still, if you want to live in that country you better be above the avarage with the income, otherwise you have to battle it out.

there's like 20 kidnaps happening in a week or was it a day in caracas alone. And in general the crime rate is super high there... but luckily we managed to avoid all the nastyest places, thanks to local friends.
