which is exactly the type of shit I would put in someones house who was convicted of drug dealing and you wanted to get public opinion that you really are a monster...If this was a hit, the weed, coke and gear were most likely placed there...Its just way to much stuff to be found for someone who was basically fearing for his life...

I agree with Mercedes' 1st scenario.  Was she found to have been beaten prior to being shot?  It would definitely make sense if so.  She shot him to protect herself, he was able to get the gun, kill her, realize he just killed her and then killed himself (maybe due seeing what he did, or maybe just not to have to deal or be tried for what he did.  Is there a death penalty in TX?).

Do you actually believe that even if he killed her and had to stand trial, that he would be looking at the death penalty? Let me let you in on alittle secret to all you women out there that either use male hormones or have used male hormones...As soon as a jury hears about a female using male hormones, you can just imagine what a defense attorny would do with such information...

Males using hormones is bad enough in the media and women who use hormones in basically an untouched topic in all of middle america...But that day is coming sooner then we think...Its just a matter of time...

When they drop a bomb on the jury that the women Killed had a test level higher then 98% of the male population on the planet, it would really be hard for a jury to see this person as a defenseless women...And some might even believe that with high test levels in the system, she really isn't even a women anymore...

I'm just saying...

1.          If Jacobs shot himself in the stomach, as said, I can only think of one (crazy) thought to do it. "To prove to her he loves her and would take the most painful bullet for her". Shooting yourself in your stomach is no way to kill yourself.

But if he shot himself in the stomach with that "reason" of "proving his love to her", then that doesn't explain him shooting her.

That leads me to believe, that after he beat her and she locked herself in the bedroom, she grabbed the gun from the bedroom (where most keep their gun) to protect herself. She was scared... He kicked in the door, she shot him in the stomach (being so upset she probably was so scared she didnt even realize where she was shooting him). He then got the gun from her, shot her and then shot himself.



2.          Or he shot himself in the stomach for the same reason mentioned above, then felt how much it hurt and felt he was dying, being a coward he didn't want to die alone and being obsessed he didn't want to be without her, so he killed her and then killed himself.




These are the only 2 "logical" scenarios that I can come up with. Nr. 1 is the scenario that makes ANY sense (in the sickest way).

So, what you're saying here is (and forgive me if I'm misinterpretting your post) that if or because she took hormones...it makes her life not important enough for a murderer to stand trial and be sentenced accordingly (ie: death penalty if used in that state), as another woman who may not have used hormones?     You're an idiot.

In the USA an individual is 3-11 times more likely to get the death penalty if they kill a white person vs. minority. Rape of white women averagely earns an extra 5 - 10 years than a minority female. Killing a female statistically receives far less punishment that killing a male. That's just looking at race and gender of victim, theres more stats showing who/what the victim is *unequivocally links to punishment severity* most times, no matter what anyone thinks - facts are facts and all stats from numerous groups prove that undeniably. Victims are not all equal in justice, far from it.

I don't believe that for a second.  I don't care if she was strung out on every drug imaginable.  Murder is murder.  There was no self defense here in this case.  He pumped several shots into her.  I doubt he was "scared" of her.  He was enraged.

Honestly, not to flame - but truth would not be the point in court, it would be the story put forward that would be.

I am far from saying I think that is correct, especially me. I'm adult, black, female, non-American, unmarried - all stats indicate if I was murdered on American soil my killer would most likely receive minimal sentencing at best. Those are the stats, google them if you doubt me, who and what the victim is plays in massively in sentencing - which would be heavily on Jacobs side
