Where do you feel the presses the most - traps or shoulders?
I suspect people with wider clavicles to be able to let the shoulders forward and still feel them working during presses...
i feel presses most in shoulders definatleyv -hard to tell if id get sore traps cos i do shrugs teh same day so hard to seperate
I also liek teh shoulder pump and forearm pump i get from them.
yesterday i worked up to a 341lb double on the bench - smacked teh uprights on both reps as was too far up bench so i stopped. I was capable of 4 reps i think. certainly 3 anyway. i was pleased i could have a big weight in my hand and still be able to press it easily despite fcuking it up
