Dude Kyomu in all of your pics you look miserable, I thought maybe because you didn't have a girl or something, but now I know jugding from your boring diet and your 3 hour a day training sessions (with little progress) this would drive any human to be miserable. How the hell do you manage to own a company, meditate for 2 hours a day and train for 3 hours a day, all the while prepparing meals, and spending time with your wife? When do you sleep? Rest is very important for recovery...especially if your training 3 hours a day.

When is your next contest? That's when you can accurately assess the gains. Without hormones you reach you limit very quickly unless you don't know how to train and eat. But you do and have been training for a long time. It's hard to put on much real muscle after a few years.
Next year.
From my experience, muscle growth happens when some matter change. Can be nutrition, canbe training, can be mental attitude...etc.
And nothing to do with the years you train. Cus I saw drastical change in a couple of masters competitors.
My body also changed alot in 5 years ago suddenly in short term.

Hey man, thats what its all about helping eachother out, I want you to reach your goals my man. I'm just saying I noticed in every picture you ever posted you had this sad/miserable/vacant expression on your face, I just thought you were a sad guy who had no broads, so you just focused on training to pass time, now that you have stated that you're married and you posted your diet and training regimen, it all makes sense.

Kyomu give the god damn olive oil a try for the love of your midget country men

show them who is the master japan master! by being a Japaweegar and using knowledge of OTHER RACES

stop being a close minded prick and realize that other races know many things, and u must learn them and steal sacred knowledge of other races to improve your horrible race that only eats rice and fish  ;D

be the master japan master who steals from whitey drinking his OLIVE OIL. your other japan colleagues will be dumbfounded at your progress leap that you attained from the white man!

Ah... Dont worry. Thanx mate. ;)

Ok. I explain my life.
I am married for 8years. But 3 years ago, my wifes mental problem grew and couldnt stay with me anymore and she start to go to doctor. Her family thought that it was my fault and that was very hard for me. I even tryed to commit suicide. But still maintaing my company. That was really hard part of my life.
But since i do Taoism, that recuperate my mental state gradualy. Now I fully recovered and i decide to try to live my life freely.
So now i have money and time now. I can dedicate what i want. And one of them is BBing. Thats it. ;)
ABout meditation, when you are an expert, its same as sleeping. So I do it from 12 of midnight to 3am. I wake up at 9:00

I was a club dancer when i was at around your age(26yrs old). That was fun too. But now i dont need it. Cus I really really partyed a lot!
I always try to live my life till i am satisfied. ;D

Compare Kyomu, a guy who works out three hours a day, to your average negro gravedigger, who may or may not work out, both are natural. You trying to tell me that the nip looks better and is his three hours a day in the gym are paying off? I think he should focus his energy on online gaming or whatever the chinks are doing these days.

may or may not workout? both natural?

danielson i will bet my soul that this black guys is  not natural and trains at LEAST 3 times a week and has a diet that is AT LEAST high in protein.

No, he is natural, Squadfather told me he was. The point is that that guy isn't a bodybuilder, and he would wipe the floor with the little fairy "club dancer" any day of the week.

The American negro is not exactly known for their keen fashion sense. Some of them wear do-rags on their heads or their pants sagging down to their knees, intelligent they are not, but they can dunk basketballs and other athletic stuff.

he is a bodybuilder 4 sure, danyson. you dont have t step on stage to be a bodybuilder.  just like you dont gotta compete in the x games to be a snowboarder.
