HOLY COW are my legs sore!!
I felt horrible yesterday and couldn't figure out why, until the delayed onset of soreness set in during my second cardio session. I am still walking funny today.
Trained abs hard last night...trying to hit them three times a week now.
Got up this morning and rode the bike GENTLY for 40 minutes. Went at lunchtime and hit the Concept 2 Rower for 50 minutes (I fkn love that thing!), and I will go to the gym tonight to do an arm workout.
I'm hanging in there...still about 120 pounds, but I don't really have much fat to lose at this point, just a LITTLE maybe, and some water weight for sure. I think I may actually come into this show very very close to 115. The final 4-5 pounds will drop off in the last two weeks, no doubt.
