Yeah, the leg-press exercise isn't an accurate guage of strength. I'm a powerlifter and squat close to 700, and when I perform the movement, I use no more than 6 or 700 pounds, tops. I bring my knees to a point where they sit beside my delts. Real deep reps. I've witnessed many folks "press" much, much more than I do, and they'd be lucky to ascend with 185 pounds draped across their backs.

careful with that, dude. if you go that deep, your lower back is probably rounding and your hips lifting off the pad. unless you've got weirdly loose hip joints there's no need to go that deep.

of course, there's also no real need to do heavy leg presses (like you said), but hey. ::)

LOL, he is da man but here is the real man leg pressin' baby

1) that is a Nebula leg press, and Nebula are not 45 degree angled leg presses, they are set at 35 degrees, which lowers the resistance by 30%, So doing 30 plates on a Nebula would be like doing 20 plates on a Flex leg press.

2) RC is doing pussy half ROM eps, not nealy deep enough.

Yeah too deep is when your hips start to lift.  This does make you prone to injury, good to try and go as deep as you can before that happens, a little below parallel for me usually.  People don't get below the sticking point on many exercises and if they don't they will not grow much, squats and presses of all kinds are also often short ranged.

Alex is jacked. Look at the idiots come out and challenge that. If he had any balls though he would get fucking disgustingly fat and bloated and squat 900lbs

Alex, why would you take a picture of a bunch of plates loaded on a machine?  It proves zero.  Let's see a video of you actually leg pressing the load.  We can then gauge if we feel it is impressive or not.
