I really don't know.  I meet up with him in Vegas at the USA's and he did not wnat to let me know why he is moving back to Japan.  Mits and I have been friends for a long time and I wish him the best.  I am glad that we got to produce my DVD. I will be seeing Mits in Japan this coming October as I will be making four  appearances in Osaka and Tokyo.

So I'm off to Hawaii next week ;D Just had a question on traveling with food. I know they're pretty anal with bringing stuff on to a plane, but just wondering if I could cook up a 4 days worth of chicken and lug it on board in a cooler. I'd figure you would know since you travel back and forth from Hawaii to the mainland!

Anything cooked is good to go.  You would need to pack it with blue ice and not regular ice or dry ice they will not allow that.  Don't cook too much, here in Hawaii you can get it all.  Chicken breast, steaks, brown rice... Have a safe trip and if you get a chance stop by at Powerhouse Gym on Keawe ST.

:'( that's a damn shame! Did a google search and just found out they closed Gold's Honolulu! Seems like all the hardcore gyms are dying.  What's the deal w/ that Chris? How is Powerhouse? Gold's Honolulu was the best gym I've ever trained at, it's a damn shame!

Yes folks it is a shame that Gold's Gym Honolulu is no longer in business.  I am training myself and all of my clients at Powerhouse Gym.  It might be a blessing for me because this gym has so much more to offer.  I am finding out that I was totally stagnated at Gold's and was not trying different movements and exercises because of the old machines and just staying in my comfort zone.  Now it is all new and I am very excited to be training in a brand new environment.  I only can see positive things happening here and look forward to hitting the stage   in the near future with a new and improved physique.

Wow musclecenter you are on it!  How did you find that poster?  I am working with Masa Oda on this project and will be having a booth at the bodybuilding show on the 5th of Oct.  He said this is the biggest contest of the year.  Will you be attending?  If so stop by and say hello.

I am still in Japan and will be doing my last appearance today for my Japan Tour 08.  Its been a busy and productive 5 days here in Osaka and everyone here treats me with tons of respect.  Being small in structure, natural and being 1/2 Japanese helps me in my marketability and it showed with every stop Ive made here.  Ive meet old friends and have made many new ones too.

Chris' expression almost looks like an Asian Levrone in that bottom pic with his jeans on.

Typical leg day always starts off with leg extensions.  Then its over to front or back squats followed by leg press.  I like to work my hammys too into the workout.  Leg curls, hack squats, stiff leads, walking lunges.  There you go!

No one duplicate K. Levrone.
