Quite the improvement i think from last year. 6 weeks out here. Still trying to bring it down slow. I am still 170 but i feel like i have hardend up a little bit from last week. Still feeling pretty good and my lifts are still strong. I attribute the growth to extremely heavy lifting and low reps plus sugar during work outs.
do you do db pullovers and stiff arm cable pulldowns?

Only about 2 sets of db pull overs. Our gym only goes up to 100 in dbs and some times i have to stack dbs ontop of each other.
how do you account for the vacuum pose when nearly everyone is unable to display one?
Desire to utilize it. I think most people don't try or have no desire to hit that paticular pose.

Ya but they look pretty crappy this far out. My waste is still pretty blocky from the back and my hams and glutes won't be in for a while. The red marks on my back are from doing calve raises.

Right now its fairly simple. Just get the random lean meats, tuna, beef, salmon, eggwhites. Then i get some carbs liek oats, sweet potatos, and brown rice. I get rice cakes in the morning and after workouts sometimes. Just trying to bring it in slow. My cals jump between 2200-2400 depending on how active i am.
