Condemning them for what? I already said I don't think he's a pedophile. But after reading his posts I may be wrong. He apparently thinks pedophilia is only prepubescent girls. So if a girl hits puberty at say 13 it's okay to have sex with her because she's postpubescent
Yes, pedophilia is only prepubescent children. So, yes, if a girl hits puberty, say 13, they are able, can and do have sex. I never said it was OK that they have sex but 13 years olds and teens around the world and throughout all of human history had sex.
Now, of course a 13 girl and a 14 year old boy having sex is one thing. A 13 year old girl and a 40 year old guy is quite another. I consider them both wrong and immoral. And because I subscribe to the concept of "gradations of evil" some things in the same class of sin are worse than others, say stealing some silverware at a restaurant versus bilking a retired couple of their life savings. Both stealing one much more egregious than the other.
A 40 year guy having sex with a teenagers is far worse due to the culture mores that have evolved through the centuries. And should be illegal and punished.
There is never, ever a case where sex with a prepubescent child is allowed. It's is one the few black and white moral imperatives. There are no gray areas or wiggle room. It is always wrong.
