I have not had an ATM card for nearly 15 years.

No fees for me.

Its because of this type of savvy that I can retire at anytime, and I don't really feel the 'recession'

Moosejay, if you got a good look at the kid and can recognize him you should go to the crap (black) part of town where that kid likely lives and look around for him. These guys don't hang out inside their houses like rich white guys like you. They hang out on the streets, especially if they are buying or selling crack. I doubt he will be hard to find.

After you find him you can call the police, beg for him to give your money back, or use vigilante justice.

Sorry to hear you were another victim of a Predatory savage that has become an epidemic in our once great country. In west palm , Florida, it's getting worse and worse. Luckily I don't have to live amongst these types, but there's always a risk if you have to drive downtown through certain neighborhoods. I've had a gun for years and believe me, if my life is on the line, I would not hesitate executing one of these vicious primates...even if I had to deal with the obligatory Sharpton/Jackson outrage.

If the police ever catch the kid I think Moosejay should insist that he not go to jail but rather live with Moose for a year and be taught how to lift and follow a proper bodybuilder diet. I think Moosejay could turn this kids life around so he wouldn't have to steal anymore.
