we dont have that calorie countdown version. i just get organic fat free milk.

the syntrax isloates are above and beyond muscle milk.  bsn proteins are amazing as well, but they, like muscle milk, have too much carbs and fats. i want PROTEIN, not energy

no need if your eating enough fresh raw vegetables.
maybe if you have trouble with your appetite.
but id recommend once weekly b12 injections, not oral supplementation.

but true protien is as high quality as it gets, and much better pricing than those two companies.

5 grams for 150 lb kid with super low body fat who is "gaining

50 grams for 250 lb guy who is dieting


but anybody could benefit from the higher doseage, regardless of size or current goal..

What do you use for hair removal(chest and stomach)? I followed GH15's advice and used Veet a few hours ago, but there were a few stragglers that had to be done with a razor, you know of anything better?

So far not at all. Worked GREAT in most spots. Just left some patches.
