I just checked out the dimensions website.  Looks pretty interesting, kind of like getbig but for building ones body with fat rather than muscle. 

I don't know on one hand I guess it's good for those people to have self esteem regardless of their weight, but like I said before obesity is serious and it kills.  Heart disease, and diabetes is nothing to take lightly.  We must remember that it is a medical condition...sort of.

From hanging around with other fatties.  Most fat people consider themselves "average" because they know someone fatter.

Whenever I see a fat acquantance, I pounce on the opportunity, the first time he/she brings up weight and asks my opinion.  Brutal honesty feels great, and often they'll respect you for it, even if they don't like you for it.

I frequently tell fat people - when they ask - what their approx BF% is, what ECA/diet/cardio/weights/overall lvl of activity they could be doing to fix it, and how long it'd take.

They tend to either avoid me after that, or brag to me about every ounce of progress (I went to mcD last night and only got ONE apple pie!", etc etc.
