Croatch timeline, for the last time:
1992- Started lifting
1994 - Tried one cycle for the summer, which I kept barely any of, due to lack of knowledge
1995 - Stopped lifting
1996/7 - Started lifting off/on, not too consistent Got up to 180lbs...maybe
1999 - Stopped lifting
2002 - Began lifting again at 150lbs
2003 - Reached 205lbs
Consitent with diet/meals through now
2008 - 215lbs
So, I kept zero of any drug gains for one summer in 1994. The 50lbs in one year, wasn't all muscle, but primarily. Due to inactivity, change in diet, some muscle memory...these gains are attainable naturally/clean.
The past few years I only changed my body composition/shape slightly. Maybe a few pounds of muscle per year, if that.
even on steroids you can't gain 54 lbs of muscle in a year. Surely it was a mix of muscle water and fat or less than 54 was gained. I didn't even bother to watch the video.
You should watch it, it's better than any Mitz clip ever made, which isn't saying much...haha
