I don't see a problem with the rep time. When you can "control" weight you don't force your set through like most who do squats and can't handle the it. She obviously has MAX control of that weight...hence the grin while racking that ish with no prob after cranking out 10 slow ones

well... she wouldn't be able to get to 10 reps without those long breaks. That is obvious when you watch the clip. She is an Olympic lifter so it may be all good but from a bodybuilder's perspective the first 5-6 reps should have come more fluent.

Well, she's no olympic squatter but here's my Sophmore softball player from Long Beach St. 225x10 box squat. She weighs 120lb. Just came back from ACL reconstruction about 8 months ago.

Could be a couple of things, yes the abductor, but also weak glutes and foot pronation when going up. As part of the warm up, I'll have my athletes use muscle activation.
