Invest in a name brand bottle of champagne. Cook her dinner. Something simple. Pesto sauce, everyone digs that. Make sure there's flowers in your house/apartment. And of course soft music. Play like your her friend. Show a soft side. Don't make any moves. Walk her to her car. Kiss on the cheek. Don't call her for a few days and just laugh as you listen to her insecurity in her voicemails. Next time you go out? She's yours! Pass on whatever disease your carrying. Never call her again!

You can't compare with Mexico, because it's economy is artificially boosted by the special trade status it has with the U.S. And I'm not talking about GNP per capita, but rather PPP per capita, which is a whole different story.
