I didn't really binge too hard unless you want to consider the carb up part of the binge. I ate about 5000 calories worth of steak, potatos, and rice cakes to fill out. I have only had like 2 pieces of pie. Im jumping straight into my offseason training and im going to try to come in better. I said last year when i got my placing i wanted to be 15 pounds bigger on stage then i was last year. I shot past that goal and was atleast 25 pounds heavier on stage this year. I am going to set the goal right now. I want to be 15 pounds heavier next year at weigh ins and come in as a light heavy. Im too tall to be a middle weight and i won't get taken seriously until i am at the upper end of light heavy. I think i want to try to attempt collegiate nationals this year if i make the progress i hope for. I didn't train very hard this off season but this year im going all out. I think i might do 2 a days if i can keep my grades up and get enough sleep.
