i'm about 190 - 192 at the moment

i don't bench any more and never did squats and deadlifts

i use 100 lb dumbells for sets of 10 - 12 on the incline bench

Giant sets.......

flat smith machine, free barbell, db, then the same for incline and decline......9 excersices, back to back.......try it for 12 weeks, then go back to regular bbing workouts.

Lower the weights, raise the rep counts.


Get a good stretch with dumbell flies... maybe try some pullovers across a bench.


do some work more directly on the triceps- maybe you can add some strength to them and in turn, increase your bench strength.


try some good ol fashioned volume work for the burn and the pump- learn to really feel the muscles when you squeeze them.


Eventually you may wanna try some weighted dips on a Roman Chair or a set of parallel bars.
