you better watch out Earl because here's where "suckmydelusionalmuscle" comes back with how Greg Kovacs used to put 6 steaks, 8 chicken breasts and a pound of rice in a blender and drink it down thus bypassing the digestive process allowing him to build 440 pounds of muscle, aren't you afraid?

Dude, all the Sulphur and methane that is expelled by defecating bodies that you are forced to breath daily on your job as janitor at the airport's bathroom is seriously damaging your brain. What is so absurd about a 6'2 man with a huge frame who takes massive amounts of steroids, GH and insulin weighting over 400 lbs with average bodyfat - not ripped? ;)

You have the unique honor of getting owned by a guy in his first post in a board. That truly is amazing even for a loser like you. ;)

Dorian has said himself during a seminar (or some such gathering) that his arm barely made it to 20 inches when he was 300 pounds in the offseason after a blood pumping arm workout, he knew this because he kept meticulous records. This has been recounted many times on the boards.

Not true. Dorian stated in an interview with Peter McGough in 1993 that his arms measured 21.75 inches offseason. Obviously the biceps tear put paid to that - I don't think he would have bothered measuring them after that - he probably didn't give a shit while he was beating other bodybuilders for the Olympia title with one good arm when they had two.

he needs to hold on to the ball

when he is at the training facility they are making him carry the ball with him everywhere he goes

if you can knock the ball out of his hands you get $100 from rashard :)

I would say Dorian Yates had 22-22 1/2 " arms easy.Heck my arms were up to 21" cold when I competed.
Dorians bicep didnt have the same peak  or round  Ronnie Colemans , or Flex Wheeler had.
Bodybuilding is all an illusion, I have seen guys with 18" arms with round muscle bellies, and small bones look like they had 20"arms.
Yates had big arms, the problem is genetically he didnt have very good shaped biceps, plus one of them was torn.
I guarantee if any of you guys saw Dorian Yates up close when he was in his prime, you would not say he had small anything.Dorian Yates was huge everwhere.

So now the excuse is the horrible aesthetics and shape hahah in addition to that they were too small for the barrel torso, hence the less than complementry keg name.

Here's the Dorian quote from the seminar:
"mentioned FLEX Wheeler's claim of a 23.5 inch arm at 220 lbs in contest form... Yates laughed and replied that at 295 lbs off-season his arms only barely broke the 20' inch mark (20.125'') when he finished a bicep workout. (Apparently Yates was very fastidious about measurements and records)"

You may not believe the quote but to add credence to that story, the Guinness Book of Records people measured Greg Valentino's synthol filled growths live on tv... the result: 24 inches''

Anyway Colemans arms were measured at a bit over 21 inches and his arms looked a hell of a lot bigger than Dorians.

Here's an offseason pic of Dorian during his prime and he doesn't look anywhere near 21 inches, more like 19 with a pump.
