I couldn't find the training logs so i guess the mods can move this thread to the appropriate board. I’m going to keep a fairly detailed log this year of my progress but I’ll probably only be posting pics once every 6 months or so or whenever i see obvious improvement. I guess I might as well cover this from the beginning and try to cover 3 years of history in one post. I started training when i graduated from high school and went from 140 to 220 in my freshman year of college. Then I met Adonis and a bodybuilder at the university gym who took me under there wing and convinced me to cut all the way down. By the end of it all I was 155 skinny fat. I did my first show in 07 and came in at 146 as a light weight and placed 2nd. This year, even though I wasn't as lean as i should have been, I was 20 pounds heavier at weigh ins and placed 2nd in novice middle weight out of a class of about 12 people and then i placed 5th in open in a class of similar size. Chad hasn't posted the score card on mayhem yet but I will post it here whenever he gets around to it. Next year I hope to be a light heavy and I will try to get up to 190-210 this offseason. These are the progress pics from the past 3 years and some from today. I will keep a rough update of my lifts and diet in this thread. I plan to eat around 4000 calories every day and I want to try to stay fairly lean this offseason. Last year I didn’t put much effort into my offseason and I think it was kind of a mistake because I spent about 8 of my 12 dieting weeks trying to put on as much size as possible. I crammed in too much in too short of a period of time. I was clearly leaner on stage last year. This year I would like to attempt collegiate nationals since it is my last year of college. Hopefully I can get all the funds necessary to give it a try. It would help me get my face out there. Anyway here are the pictures. The first 2 are from my first 2 years of lifting and the last 2 are show comparisons.

i have slight nipple puffiness on one of the nuipples, and i've never touched a thing.when i live on red meat it gets a little puffier.
