Bench 280 X 4

Incline bench 245 X 6

Front Squat 290 X 6

Back squats 275 x 6

More to come in the future... starting to come down with a bit of a cold today but should be good tommorow.

I have had it since i was 13. Getbigs eagerness to cry drugs is humerous. I had it when i was 146 lbs. It goes away to an extent when i diet down lean but the lump is still there. It can get pretty bad in the offseason when i start to add fat.


wow and WOW.. mate you are the epitome of what BB is all about. coming here and getting dissed at first, stacking on the weight, then stripping it back...and looking great.

you look like 3 different people...beginning, heavy, and now.

to me, you are the rarest of the rare...drug free, learning, dedicated, hard working and self critical. you should be proud.

keep posting your progress. do you have any measurements versus timeline?

It would be silly to measure.... i think in the fat pics my legs got up to 27 and then for my first show they were 22 and now they are like 24. Im no Heather Policky... she has great quads. 26 inches with with sweep.
