leafy whts does your workout look like? i.e. sets/reps no of excercises etc?
I usually just don't think about it and go into the gym and have fun. I change things up every now and then and sometimes i keep the same routine for months. Yesterday for legs i did
Front Squats: 4 sets of about 6-10 (counting the warm ups).
Squats: 3 sets of 6
Single leg legpress: 2 sets of 6
Leg extensions: 2 sets of 15 and then on the last set i did a drop set from 260 down to 135
Then i do all the girl hip and thigh abductor machines for 2 sets with the whole stack.
Today I'm going to do delts and i might be in there again to screw around if i have the energy. Ill probably do
DB shoulder press: 4 sets of 100 X 12 and then drop it down and as i go lighter turn them into Arnold presses. Our gym goes no higher than 100lb dbs so i have to improvise
Barbell shoulder press: 2 sets of 6
Side laterals: 2 sets of 12 and i usually do a drop on both sets
Then i usually go over to a machine and do negatives with the whole stack and work on exploding up. 5 reps with 5 sec negs, 3 reps with 3 set negs, then 5 quick reps.
This is just an example of the kind of stuff i do. I try to have fun when i go to the gym.
