a friend of mine has has surgery on damaged rotators and it hasn't helped him at all
i partially tore my right shoulder rotator (can't remember the exact name i was told)
i put off surgery on my right shoulder, due to my friends experience, and it feels great again now- but it has taken almost a year off training.
my left then partially tore ( i don'y know how as i wasn't working out, and i woke up one day and it was like that) after a few months of constant daily pain/discomfort, it has finally gone, but this snapping sound has appeared
there is no pain, or bruising of any kind, but it basically feels like its about to dislocate every time i extend my arm during a row. it stops when i retract my scapula (bit obviously i'm working the muscle less then).
any advice?
i'm doing 50reps of external rotations vertical and horizontal as rehab/prehab
