When you diet down you are left with what you got so making progress as far as size gains will wait till after the show. Flex has made incredible progress over the last few months. When I first saw pics of him (this is not a putdown!) he barely looked like a bber, but he definately does now and will make a great showing at his first show which will be a natty one. After this he will do grams and grams of steroids per week and will come into his next show at around 280.

haha thanx jim, yea those first pics i sent you were pretty horrible lol. But those are in the past now, and I WONT! let that ever happen again. Staying lean year around now, and going to do like u said and take atleast 5 grams of the juice per week, so i can be a bloated, red faced, 260lbs in no time
