Anyone in here have any stories about creatine?

What kind of stories are you looking for and "stories" are not objective or very useful. Creatine has all sorts of potential health benefits, most people are totally unaware of. It's far more than a bodybuilding supp.

I put together a report on creatine that covers virtually everything one needs to know about this supp. It’s written for both end users and more science minded types, clinicians, docs, etc. that want science based info on creatine. Below is the table of contents for your perusal. The report is a Free download can be found at www.creatine-report.com.

Either you're making goofy joke posts or you're clueless. Your friend didn't gain 70lbs of LBM from creatine, not did he die from creatine. He was either taking various drugs he didn't tell you about, was taking what he thought was creatine and was not, or someone was adding something to his creatine. None of these effects came from creatine and it's these types of stupid posts that start rumors. Creatine has been  found to help heart function BTW, and other benefits. See report posted.

I did notice. What part of "Either you're making goofy joke posts" didn't you understand? However, I have seen posts just like these that were not jokes. It's amazing how much stupid crap people will write about the "dangers of creatine" it's impossible to know what's a joke and what's not some times, thus I tend to assume it's not a joke until proven otherwise.
