If you dont believe me about high torque blenders, why dont you try assaying protein right after you put in a high torque blender , or cook with it.Then you will see for yourself, that it does in-fact damage branched Chain Amino Acids.
As far as time released protein, I was the first company utilize that type of technology at the time.In 1995, companies like AST & Designer Protein were all pushing Instantized Whey Protein Concentrates for faster absorption.
I came out with Agglomerated protein powders, as well, as combining Egg,Milk Isolate, Caseinate, and Whey Protein Isolate, and Whey protein Concentrates to have a time release absorption. There concepts were to make protein absorb faster, my concepts was to have protein mimic food. When you eat a chicken breast it is in fact time released, isn't it??? Of course it is.
Instantized protein is great for fast absorption, but in most cases it is digested in 30-45 minutes. If you eat every 2-3 hours, then that leaves your body catabolic for 1 1/2- 2 1/2 hours. Why not just use and instantised protein, then use it with a slower release protein, like and Agglomerated Whey Protein or a Mi cellar Casein. This way you have the best of both worlds.
Fellas, I dont claim to be a know it, all, but I do know what I am talking about.I am a real bodybuilder, who practices what he preaches, and tells it like it is.You dont have to take my advice if you dont want to, but if you do your research, 99% you will find out what I am tellling you is correct.God Bless.......
