What's good Derek? I hope you had a great New Year and she is gorgeous, good for you bro!! Is there any book on nutrition out there that you would reccomend? I was looking on Cutlers sight and saw some but it there any "good Nutrution books" out there bro? I know the basics but would like to know more and if you can help, i would really appreciate it. I READ A LOT , WELL MOST OF MY ARTICLES ON LINE THEN PRINT OUT AND SAVE FILE THEM. THERE IS GREAT INFO ONLINE. SORRY I JSUT CARRY MY LAPTOP WHEREVER I GO IF I WANT TO READ.

what was your 1st night as a stripper like? what kind of diet and cardio did u have to do to get ready for it? did u change your training at all?

i was 19 years old ... was the coolest night of my life i danced for WOMEN lol ftom 19 to 24 lot of fun lot of crazy stories !

i have a ?
i seem to have no cravings for junk food
i want to go the whole year w/ no planned cheat meals
xmas day was the last time i ate junk-ive been eating high protein mod fat and mod carb 6 meals a day every day since then
ive noticed postive changes in my body

my ? to u is what do u think about trying to go whole year w/ no cheats? will i be screwing myself up w/ gaining muscle?...will my metabolism be messed up?
each one of my meals is 50g protein 30-50g carbs and around 16g good fat

ive done both and has good results w/ both but i would advise a balanced diet now-lets not clutter up dereks thread w/ our convo though

no you need hceat meals one or two a week to shoock your body trust me sometiems you look better the next day after you had a cheat meal

agreed.  It's necessary.  Don't think of it as a cheat day.  Think of it as a higher carb day.  Almost like a carb load to shock your body.  You will stay lean and it will allow for more muscle growth and improved workouts the following day.

i do like two or three a week eating clean all week and yes i do carbs protein and fat  carbs low

derek i saw pix of u w/ shaved head for your movie role-it looks cool -are u gonna keep it like this for the rest of your life-how will u tan in the tanning beds? will u have to cover up your head?

also i have a quick question
whats your opinion on each week mixing up your training style
like monday and tuesday u train high volume
then on thurs u do low volume
friday-low volume

etc etc??

YES I SHAVED IT FOR A MOVIE ROLE DONT KNOW IF IM GOING TO KEEP HAVE TO SEE WHAT FAMILY AND MY GIRL THINK COST ME A HELL LOT OF LESS MONEY GOING TO BOSLEYS EVERY 6 MONTHS. I DUMPED THOUSANDS INTO MY HAIR AND TO THINK I GET A ROLE TO BE A SHAVED HEAD GUY . PERFECT LOL BUT HAVING HAIR TILL 27 GOT ME A LOT OF GIGS JUST TRYING SOMETHNG NEW

wow Derek you look great with a shaved head!  I would love to see you with a chin strap shaved in.  What movie are you in that you have to shave it for.  You can now see you do actually have full head of hair cause you see the hairline, so haters will shut up now.
