What kind of party does it take effect over there? some friends arrived to nyc today and they told me they are going there aswel. is it a public party of just people celebrating on the street?

i take the animal pak...am i wasting my money? what do u advise?
and what about amino acids pre workout and post workout like animal nitro? waste of money or no?

I don't know if this has been addressed yet, but whats your opinion on this "Max Charles" fellow that Palumbo has been interviewing.

He claims to eat 1 meal per day, natural, 1000lb shrugs and has claimed he can preacher curl 370lbs.

Whats your thoughts on this guy? Bullshit? Personally, i don't believe a word he says.....

i tried animal pack packs biggest waste of money just get a good multimineral multivitamin i take twice a day cheaper and easier then taking so many pills. dont waste your $
