Mrp w/1 cup oats, gatorade powder- 1tbps mixed w/water
3 whole eggs 4 whites, 2 slices ww toast, 5 slices bacon-once a yr, shit will kill ya ;D
W/O legs= squats,leg ext,leg press,lying leg curl, stiff leg deadlift,single leg standing ham raises,calves
Mrp, gatorade-2 tbps mixed w/water, glutamine,creatine
2 bubba burgers on ww toast, one serving cashews
2 lg cans of tuna w/2 tbps of evoo/lemon, one serving of cashews
Casein shake

Around 3500 calories, about 300 grams of protein. Decent eating day.

3 scoops muscle milk w/water, 1/2 babana, 2 tbsp gatorade powder w/one teaspoon of glutamine and one of creatine
2 burgers, 1 cup of brown rice
1/2 roasted chicken, 1 cup brown rice
one cup cottage cheese, one serv. of cashews
ON casein mixed w/water

Today

1. 50g whey shake with 1 cup oatmeal and raisins

2. 2 Chicken breast w/broccoli

WORKOUT! ( shoulders )

3. Rice with sausage, shrimp and chicken.

4. 6 whole eggs.

Thats it, pretty light today, but all meals were pretty big.

workout!!!!
1 scoop waxy maize w/ aminos...half hour after-50g whey iso
8 oz lean beef 1 cup brown rice pasta w/ sauce 1 cup green beans
8 oz chicken 1 cup green beans 1 pickle great handful cashews

light day today, havent had much of an appetite lately

1. 2 pancakes, 5 eggs, and some linguica

2. about a 1lbs new york steak.

3. 1 cup rice with shrimp, ham, and sausage.

4. 6 whole eggs with a bit of cheese.

*** also had a pre and post workout shake of aminos and 30g waxy maize starch. then had meal 3.

Pretty much what I have been on for 2 weeks, down 9 lbs. So far working very well


1. 8 egg whites, 3/4 cup oats

2. 3 chicken thighs, 1 cup rice

3. 40g shake, mango, banana

4. same as #2 plus 1/2 cup oats

5. 30g carbs of Cream of Wheat (pre-workout)

6. 40g shake (post workout)

7. steak ( 50 g protien), salad, pinto beans

Med. rare Kobe beef burger w/blue cheese and hickory smoked bacon  :P , chipotle bbq sauce and potato wedges w/ketchup

I didn't make it myself.   I think the burger and potato wedges were about $13 at the restaurant.

Not a bad price!

60g whey isolate

one hour training=60g whey isolate + 120g dextrose

48g whey + couple second pouring of safflower oil

6 eggs + 3 pre-made bacon-cheddar-beef hamburgers with cheese .... (scrambled eggs and burgers then once done mix in shredded cheese to slightly melt it)

handful of cashews + 48g whey with peanut butter
