May I suggest you hold your hand and thumb differently so it doesn't look like a dick sticking out. Otherwise looks pretty good.

I think whatever weight you can curl without swinging, while still being able to properly supinate your wrists is the right weight.

Dont obsess over poundage and have fun.

Calm down bean stalk, I'm just f**kin with you. I could care less about being big or competing or looking like what I did in that picture. As a matter of fact I'm still recovering from last weeks training. I played a scrimmige in football with some of the kids I train (16-18 year old) and it was like "time to pay back coach" day and got my bell rung several times. Good thing I can still run fast :D
