How much lbs per dumbell would you consider to be the point between the strong and the weak. for 8 reps.imo 60lbs
120x15
That sounds about right, but curls are one exercise were people form differs so much that sometimes curl weight is very relative to the person and their form, 50 for high reps with text book form is more impressive than swinging 65's just imo.
i said per dumbell not both combined.
Also you need to consider the arm-length, someone with longer arms has more difficulty with curling 60lbs than someone with short arms.
You should lift whatever amount makes YOUR biceps grow or increase in strength. Period.
this guy uses 50lb dumbells.
Maybe you should learn how to spell "Dumbbell" before you pick some up
yes 100 pounds dumbbell curls in your face!
how much do those 18" guns of iron curl?
What ever fag, I use 50's for 20 reps and you're still swingin the big 25's.
last I heard you did not squat either?
I have an ankle injury, last i heard i issued a challange out to you to tape your self maxing out on anything and i would do what ever it was twice, didnt here much from that though.
