Whats a respectable weight for Dumbell Curls

How much lbs per dumbell would you consider to be the point between the strong and the weak. for 8 reps.
imo 60lbs

That sounds about right, but curls are one exercise were people form differs so much that sometimes curl weight is very relative to the person and their form, 50 for high reps with text book form is more impressive than swinging 65's just imo.

Also you need to consider the arm-length, someone with longer arms has more difficulty with curling 60lbs than someone with short arms.

I would usually agree, but sometimes i think taller folk have better leverage for curls, usually you see suck at pressing movements and then somewhat exceed expectations in curls...maybe its just at my gym.

You should lift whatever amount makes YOUR biceps grow or increase in strength. Period.

What ever fag, I use 50's for 20 reps and you're still swingin the big 25's.

I have an ankle injury, last i heard i issued a challange out to you to tape your self maxing out on anything and i would do what ever it was twice, didnt here much from that though.
