I don't squat 600lbs.  I squatted it once because friends wanted to see how high I could go.  I'll never do that shit again.  Prior to that the most I had done was 440 in highschool for one. to make the 1200 lbs club.

I'm a lazy, fat bastard now....I don't think I'll be doing that anytime soon.

highly doubt that was a full squat.

At my "peak" I was benching 240''ish, Squatting 365 for a double, and Deadlifting 465 for a single. My bodyweight was around 185 at that time.

Right now I'm a 160 pound twink.

i don't lift weights, i deliver TV's for 8 bucks an hour like you and that's where i get my strength training. ;D

Bench - 305, that's right, I can't bench 3 plates yet.  ::)

Squat - 405-425, close stance, high bar, and ATG.

DL - 405 for 10 = 1x510?

Been working out for a bit longer than 2 years now.

Ok serious q: Did you guys have a squat and deadlift that just developed naturally in parallel?  My DL is good but my full squat is a joke.  Don't even ask what it is 'cause I ain't tellin. 

Did you make a point of holding up training on one until the other caught up or did it just come naturally?

Bench: 4 x 10 with 315 (first exercise) Occasionally I will go heavier but usually just straight sets.
Squats:  3 sets of 12 w/ 315 + 2 sets of 8- 12 with 405
Deadlift:  What the fuck is that?   ;D

Squat - 250 lbs
