i was 265 at about 12% bfat when i stopped training and have been as high as 340lb since.

probably need to get back to 220 to be healthy again but have been too focussed on work.

your pics remind me of...well, me...so this is a really good thread from that perspective.

 a couple quick questions, do you do a lot of cardio as well as the diet? not hating but do you have a lot of loose skin its beena pretty graduale weight lose so there isnt that much is there? and also there is weight classes in the bench press comps your in isnt there? cause if there is i feel sorry for the dudes in the class you drop down to

Nothing is more important than your health, and it's never too late to take it into great consideration. I'm glad that you've turned things around. You're looking real jacked. I have no doubt that you still look like a fucking monster in real life.

I hope that you post up another thread once you shed that 60lbs too. The last bit's definitely going to be a killer, but you seem to have an iron will. Keep at it.

I do 20-30 minutes about 4 times a week getting my HR up over 130 and maintaining it for a bit. That is it on Cardio.

As for loose skin I know I will have some in the belly area and inner thigh but other then that I'm good.
