I have back pain, obviously, and was wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem: When I do hanging leg raises, I feel something in my lower spine area pop (kinda like when you pop your fingers). It's not painful, but I notice that it does it a lot more when I hurt my back. I'm not sure if I should see a chiropractor, I never have and am somewhat skeptical, or potentially start doing yoga for flexibility. Any information would help.
