Id guess it's more like
10% total schmoe or here for the humor (or both), no lifting at all.
30% casual, 1-2x a week, no dietary discipline whatsoever, fat and strong is ok by them.
20% insane overtrainers who should just eat some fucking hamburgers and quit living on supps.
35% dedicated but with realistic expectations, 4-8 hrs/wk, enjoy lifting & BB but it's not their whole life.
5% living to bodybuild. If they could go anywhere on a Sat night, they'd go to the gym.
