you can disagree all you want.  don't like gay marriage?  don't get gay married.  church doesn't approve of gay marriage?  church doesn't have to gay marry people.    where you cross the line is when you try to have the state enforce your beliefs on me, taking away my rights and benefits.

its like if a predominately jewish or moslem country required by law others to eat kosher.

we didnt force the state, we sponsored a bill and 52% of californians agreed with the bill. and i can promise you that if we the bill didnt pass we wont be vandanlising gay clubs or protesting them because they supported what they believe

Why should the law of your religion be the law of the land?

Forcing others to abide by your religious beliefs contradicts the concept of free will.  Why don't you understand that?

Zero.

It's legal in the Mormons state of mind and a few other religious sects. I'm not curious enough about what they've got going on to see if the someone is pushing for multiple marriage licenses. Seems like multiple 'real' marriages would get ugly when women escaped from the church, LOL!

it is only forcing people when a minority group is forcing the majority to believe or have something that they dont want. the state had a fair and open vote, the majority won, the majority is not in favor of gay marriage. i am not taking away anybodys free will, homosexauls have the right to be gay, that is there right. what i find funny is that you are attacking the church, when it was the black and latino vote that carried the bill. and being a black man why arent attacking other black men or latinos?
