Stimulants
i dont even drink coffee.  i think its a hangover from the cialis overdose. hopefully i didnt do any permanant damage. last night i got bad bodyaches and headache before bed , today i woke up with a headache and feeling lethargic.
maybe its just a bug or something, hope it passes soon.

Ask yourself what would Navy Seal David Goggins do?
run 100 mils for kicks and giggles for a wake up call, swim 5 miles for break, eat small meal, then donate money to military kids.......

Why are we so much more likely to be sick on leg day? :)

I'm never sick before leg day, just after!

No, not at all. I don't care who comes on and say what, I just don't want it to get out of control. I love shit talking as much as anyone on here, I just don't want anything malicious.

YES you should lift even when tired.  That is when you need to train the most.  If you put it off one day, it will end up being 2,3,4,or more days off.

Im dead tired about half the time I train.  Actually my better workouts are when Ive ate like shit, have had shit sleep and havent drank near enough water.  The days Im rested, ate good all day and drank plenty of water are the days i drag.......

Nothing some whiskey and skoal can't fix. 4-5 shots and you will feel lighter, a huge pinch and you will be energized. Tried and true.

an old training partner of mine used to say "no workout is better than a bad workout." I agree with this.  But i must say that I sometimes go to the gym tired (and I usually train twice a week) and wonder how the heck i will get through the workout.  Some reason, however, those days I often have incredible workouts and feel amazing afterwards..
