In particular his bridge-like "tide" phases of 28 days, overlapped...

Max androgen --> Test, other high androgen (masteron, tren), anabolics (deca, winstrol, anavar)
max anabolic --> gh, insulin, IGF, PGF
estrogen & cortisol control --> cytomel + other PCT crapos.

eg:

Week 1: max androgen
Week 2: max androgen
Week 3: max androgen
week 4: max androgen + estro/cortisol control
week 5: max anabolic  + estro/cortisol control
week 6: max anabolic
week 7: max anabolic
week 8: start over...


Can you make any sense out of it or is strictly a cute way of bridging? He claims that on high androgen, the body starts catching up after 14 days or so... and cortisol starts going up dramatically after that; therefore week 4 starts estrogen control, then switch to pure anabolic compounds which in turn gives the HTPA a break and time to recover... yet still growing...

just because he's asking about drugs doesn't mean he does them. I have some knowledge about them and don't do them myself and never have.  The science behind it just interests me.

Ive never done them myself, but did numerous papers in college on steroids, and know my fair share about them.

I also watch nba basketball, but have never played professional basketball!! Grin

I friend of mine gave me one of his books and I read it from cover to cover. Not to take the easy way out but I think that he is way over complicating things. I guess you have to ask yourself what are your goals. Hell, today the average gym rat is on longer than the guys who competed back in the 70's.

Most of the big guys and the one's that have turned pro just take cycles until they pretty much reach their genetic potential. Most pick two or three drugs and go from there. Sooner or later you are going to reach maximum size and when you do and if you are still competing then it really makes no sense to be on all the time at this point. Look at Arnold or Levrone for example. Once they got to max size and was competing only once per year they came off most of the year.

There are no magical cycles no matter how to try and complicate it. Once you start messing around with your adreanal glands and your thyroid you can throw things out of balance and it  can be very hard to get things back in order. Take two beginners and put one one this guys mass cycle and the other on some deca and drol and there will be no difference. Remember, if some REEEEEALLLLYYYYY works everyone will do it cause the resluts will be so outstanding it would make no sense not to.  Wink

Yes. ALR (which isn't his real name), is a stupid homo. The guy doesn't even use his real name. He's a fucking idiot who tries coming across as smart.

People marvel at his transformation but it's nothing special. Millions of gym rats have juiced and got bigger too. It took him FOREVER to get big as well.

and besides

regardless of how good anybodies genetics are , to look like a bodybuilder exogenous hormones must be used
