It has nothing to do with rubbing elbows.  It's a fact.  People will do anything to be able to sue anyone with money.  Getting in a fight with Mike almost guarantees you will get something.  Especially in the past.  At the beginning of his career he didn't have that problem.  When I met him (yes I am name dropping again) he came to the Forum boxing with one little guy.  We partied at the after fight party Dr. Buss put on and had some good chit chat.  Back then he seemed like a really nice and shy guy.  Went his place at Chateau Marmont he shared with Don King to pickup a poster my uncle gave him of them together so he could sign it.  Back then he was very different.

I was handcuffed to a bench in the Albany police department when Iron Mike came in for booking after they arrested him for driving 120 MPH in a 30 mph zone.  This was like 10 years ago.  They put him on suicide watch but his lawyers had him out less than 10 minutes after he walked in the door.  I sat there handcuffed to the bench for 2 hours while they waited for my C.O. and JAG rep to get back to them with my clearance.

When I saw him around 6 months ago he seemed very chilled and calm. I did not get the sense at all that he was the type of guy who would pick a fight. He really just seemed to want to be keep it low key and just blend in with everyone else.

Yesterday around noon. I spent an hour or so with Mike on a rooftop feeding pidgeons and discussing at length the various problems in our world. Mike seemed deeply concerned about global warming and how to eliminate free radicals from ones body.
    Shortly after his heart felt remarks he backed over the rooftop and shat upon the people below.
