Haha, "Lacrosse" that game was designed for girls right? Epic waste of time.

That's field hockey.

Are a former HS football stand-out where you come from?  The only athletes I really hear call people pussies are football players.

I thought you didn't like this site Chris? Why post here when you have these feelings?

Forget about it.  Think of all of the trolls on this site.  They are basically 80% of the posts.  Ron has allowed idiots to post here since the site's inception.  He allows rascism, the posting of horrible attacks on others, and so many other things I can't even remember.  He could have a great site, but through his decision to allow this crap he has dramatically reduced its quality.

So, long story short, don't look for AXA to get banned any time soon.

I thought some of you would be interested in this.  The trainee is Tom Mutaffis, one of our strongman competitors.  He uses some interesting "complexes" as he calls them in his gym training.  I think these would be of interest to anyone looking for increased size, strength, and muscular endurance.  A nice change from the typical routine:

impressive, strong guy for sure, very hard worker.

Lol, because I don't post in the manner that I mentioned, and I know there are some members here that like to talk about how to get bigger and stronger, you know, the way a BODYBUILDING site should be.  There are plenty of solid members here, I just find it frustrating that Ron lets the trolls run loose.

Haha, why do people come here and pretend to not know what this place is like? If you want people to suck you off then MD is the place to be.

Lol, I think I will create a gimmick account and start playing the game...

Errrrrrr..... NO!

Good, don't lower yourself to these trolls. People who have to create gimmicks only prove what cowards they really are.

Nice try. In all the year I've been here I've never had a gimmick and when I changed my name everyone knew. Do you actually think I'd pick a stupid name like "complex carbs"?

i would hate to train in the same gym as that guy, he takes up about 3 pieces of equipment and half the plates in the gym at the same time.

What is your opinion on spammers? That's the one thing I can't stand is people who come here to sell their products.
