how dont you know you grow better going three times?
Well as I said I tried a whole lot of different routines , training styles etc.
If it's just about getting bigger 3-4 times a week is the best for me to do.
But strength-wise it works out better for me if I go to the gym more often.
I just focus on basic compound-excersises like squats benchpress deadlift chin-ups ..
I usually use lighter weights on the 2nd day of each excersise and don't go to failure.
I'm not natural either I think that is an important information when talking about training frequency.
Btw. you are that guy from the Netherlands right ? I lived there for quite a while .. nice country. Loved those coffeshops
