Alex,

No disrespect just reality, you are not even close to Pro-size. Some of the Middleweights -160lb to 176lb(Nathan DeTracy-USA Middleweigth champ-250lb Off-season- competiton-171lb) are as heavy and learner than you off-season with better condition. It is impossible to access your body with such high body fat levels. You seems to have a very powerfull physique, but As WillGrant said you be close to 170lb competition ready...and don't forget you are 5'10....going against guys that are 5'2 to 5'4

Now how freaking dumb is that? Why thee hell would anyone in their right mind blow up 80lbs past competition weight? Thats no where near having any type of commonsense!!!

exactly, u cant be that lean or in any type of decent shape if ur losing 80lbs to get into contest shape.

either ur a total fat ass, or u lost a assload of muscle getting ready for your show.

either way you fucked up!

I dont see any reason a bodybuilder cant stay 20-35 or so lbs from there contest weight in the offseason, depending on what size they are.

Coach,

May be you should teach Lee Priest and other Bodybuilders that use this approach how to get in shape ...since you obviously by your last contest pics have absolutely no clue what so ever. I PERSONALLY don't agree or use such dramastic change in body weight, but I do respect and recognize that this seem to work for some. As diets go you must use what better fit you. The believers in such dramatic weight gain believe that they can sustain heavy poundage off-season allowing them to work deep muscle fibers. Again I do not feel this is the most efficient way. But I respect the variations and individualism of every competitor. You obviously know much more than Lee Priest and David Palumbo( Nathan's Trainer)...just kind of weird that all your Knowledge can not be applied to yourself  ::)

Legitimate point. People do want to know who the advice is coming from.

Hey "Evil Angel" if you agree then why argue? As for Lee blowing up they he does, even though I don't agree, it's his business, there, I told him.

As for me, if you know freaking anything, you'd know that was the first time I dieted down in almost 20 years. As for the others you mentioned? Yeah, I have would have no problem getting getting someone in contest shape just as easily as Pulumbo , the thing is I prefer to train athletes not bodybuilders! Use some commonsense. 80lbs over contest weight my ass, if their "guru" tells them to do that, I say expose him for the ASS he is!

I am 5'7....Off-season Weight is 220- Competition around 190lb. At the Xenadrine add I was about 235lb-13% body fat and drop to 4% competition

Evil Angel, you do look good but you are pumped full of illegal drugs. You and your woman spend hours turning each other into pin cushions as you inject your fixes.
We should make the point that Alex is natural which makes his pro-like size remarkable.
For more remarkable than a drug addict in a thong.

Stavios you have Great structure...just got to be patient and stick with it....with 20lb of pure muscle you will look sick....just take your time....I would say a realistic goal for that gain is 2 to 3 years
