I`m with Hazbin,I`ve seen some awesome lifts back in the day in the gym,and at meets.
Below paralell squats,legit deadlifts,and none of this silly benchshirt shit.
Lifting belt,knee wraps,and chalk were the support gear of the day.
Lots of posers in the gyms these days who train like pansys and just up the dosage to make gains.
