I thought pros should have figured out what exercises work best for them by the time they get their cards?

anyways, your wife is hot  ;D

Yes she is.

You're body is adaptive and training protocols constantly need to be tweaked and adjusted.  It's about improving.  The day you quit learning about your own body is the day your not making progress.

Could you post a comparison pic of a pro who built his "lower lats" up? Never seen it happen myself.

Peter's current shape = the shape he will always have. And back will always be relatively weak, no matter what he does. His back isn't weak because he neglects it.

It's not my strongest bodypart, but again time and maturity will be imporant for me in the years to come.  My back is relatively untrained in comparison to my other bodyparts that were focused on from football and early years of training.  Genetics lended me my legs.  My focus is on the upper back thickness and detail.  In a rear relaxed shot I am solid when I remember to pull out my left lat! ;)  It's important to keep the waist small and not do anything to alter that.

Maturity........ Before talking about maturity, why dont you shed those extra pound of water? Its not the matter of maturity. If you dont go down the weight at least 8lbs, you wont look like granny Yates.
If you enter the europe championship, you will be dead last with that condition.

I think declines are better than inclines. Inclines are shit, that's why pecs are so crappy nowadays, no one does flat or decline presses. And, flat presses are better for upper pecs than inclines, declines probably too!

A LOT of guys and pros would disagree with that...  ???

I dont know, you tell me..

I keep hearing that !
Phil hernon was saying the same thing also.

he said he had a movement that was good for the illusion of better upper pec, I don't know what he meant by that

Yeah I know most of them would disagree. But take a look at the upper pecs of pros who never do any flat work and mainly do incline and compare to those who do plenty of flat and decline work.

Both Franco and Arnold had this lower lat development. Looks like Lou had some too. As far as pro's today, Can't think of ONE!
