It's not my strongest bodypart, but again time and maturity will be imporant for me in the years to come. My back is relatively untrained in comparison to my other bodyparts that were focused on from football and early years of training. Genetics lending me my legs. My focus is on the upper back thickness and detail. In a rear relaxed shot I am tough when I remember to pull out my left lat! 
Maturity........ Before talking about maturity, why dont you shed those extra pound of water? Its not the matter of maturity. If you dont go down the weight at least 8lbs, you wont look like granny Yates.
If you enter the europe championship, you will be dead last with that condition.
