First off I'd like to say you're an idiot.  Second, the guy has got a thick ass chest.  Look when he leans against the wall.  That dude would dwarf your bloated ass.
I agree. It's silly to say this guy's not big at all, especially considering the fact that the most he had to work with are bodyweight exercises. It's impressive that he built that chest with simple bodyweight pushups (and/or dips) and it goes to show you can get thick with very high reps. Personally I use a 8-12 rep range but it is apparent you could get thick using very light weight and very high reps. As I said, you'd probably have to just push the set to a very intense point (at or near failure).

i posted on another thread about guys i saw working out on the weights in prison,i have no reason to lie about it.ive seen legit 19 even 20 inch guns natural on some dudes,chests that would make any getbigger proud to have,and lets not even bring up huge ass,ripped to the bone backs.mostly the black guys had the best backs imo,ive seen backs in there that u would not believe.some guys did nothing but chins,all kind of chins,big yard lasted about 1hr and a half, 2 hours in the warmer weather.the big famous big yard workout was to get in line and walk to the chin bar,do your set and then go to the dip bar,do a set and finish off with pushups and repeat,guys would do this for 2 hours straight.the weights they had outside where weather beaten but they did the job,we had pig iron type weights,it wasnt olympic style or nothing but we had aton of 50lb and 100lb plates,plus a bunch of 25,s and dimes.the dumbells where the solid style ones with the octagon type ends so the dbell couldnt roll.the thing was the dbells started at 75 lbs and went to 140,s,so evrything you did with the dbells you had to go fairly heavy with out a light warmup,we did them after benchin so we didnt really need a warmup.they also had 3 flat benches,they where homemade jobs and cemented right into the ground,one incline bench,same model as the flat,we didnt have no squat racks so your training partners would hoist up 2 or 3 hundred lbs or whatever u where usin up on your shoulders,since it was a dirt area u would just dump the bar off your back when your set was done.thats basiclly all we had on the yard but there where some big boys in those weight pens.guys benchin 450 was a norm,thats not bad for a natural guy,some dudes where on alittle ABOMBS that i hooked them up with but they where my teamates on the power lifting team only.6 hundred and 7 hundred lb deads where also fairly common,mostly the brothers had those deadlifts.we did have afew latin boys and italians that had some powerful deadlifts and bench presses also.they had afew whiteboys who where down about 8 or 9 years who where monsters also.the strange thing was i only saw one asian dude the whole time i was down,his name was ying and no one messed with him cause everyone thought the dude knew martial arts cause he was asian,after afew months me and him got cool and he told me he never took a martial art in his life and we both laughed are asses off,he told me just keep it on the down low.ive seen guys come into the system looking like they where on deaths door cause they where so skinny and strung out,only to get bigger by the week when they started lifting weights.im not talking about small gains,im talking putting on 30 lbs in 2 months off solid beef and sick ass abs.the real kicker was alot of these dudes lived on barbecue potato chips and peanut butter and jelly sandwhiches,washing it down with orange soda.im dieting hard and doin everything right and still couldnt touch most of these dudes shape and cut wise.the world aint fair sometimes but you gotta do the best with what genetics god gave you.i think god was out to lunch when it was my turn to get good genetics :'(thanks for reading if you took the time,everything ive wrote is as accurate as i can remember,even though is was about 20 years ago you dont forget certain hardtimes in your life,jail is no joke and alot of times i couldnt get work cause of my record,i straightened out my life once i got released but no employer wants to give you a chance,i didnt blame them though cause in thier eyes i was still a convict.i kept praying and filling out alot of applications for work and finally got some construction work,it was hard but moneys money.then i studied and got a personal training cert and started working in a health club in jersey.its been a rough ride but never give up no matter how many times you get knocked down,just get back up and eventually youll stay up,i did thanks to jesus

Very interesting, thanks for writing that.

This part I put in bold above, where they do a set of chins, do a set of dips, then a set of push-ups all in a row then repeat, did they rest at all after the push-ups set or did they just keep doing it for a couple hours, cycling through over and over?

thanks soundness,im glad you found it interesting.its funny how the media portrays prison and then you hear about how the real deal is.the chin ups,dips and pushups each had aline of around 6 or 7 guys most of the time,so you do your chins then walk over to the dip line,you only have to wait maybe 3 minutes tops,then you bang out the dips and the pushups there was no line cause you didnt need anything put some ground to do them.these dudes would do this the whole 1hr and a half or 2 hours and afew looked like miniture colemans,from the waist up,lol,thier waist was way smaller then big rons,lol.most guys in the joint didnt train legs except us guys who powerlifted.i could tell you stories about the athletic talent i used to see on the basketball courts and in the boxing ring,baseball also had some inmates who looked like with the right coaching they could get somewhere.i saw a dude dunk a ball from afoot in front of the free throw line,only to find out later he was a stand out player in college who got nailed selling ounces of yeyo on campus.we had afew guys who went on to be pro fighters,remember bruce seldon,the atlantic city express?he fought tyson and lost.anyway i tell you the whole story with him when i get back from the gym soundness,be back in 2 hours,peace

the strange thing was i only saw one asian dude the whole time i was down,his name was ying and no one messed with him cause everyone thought the dude knew martial arts cause he was asian,after afew months me and him got cool and he told me he never took a martial art in his life and we both laughed are asses off,he told me just keep it on the down low.

there is a difference between physically large and having big, well developed muscle bellies. if you come one a bodybuilding forum and call somebody 'big', the general take on you assessment would be that the person has big, well developed muscle bellies, NOT that the person was physically large.

Apparently where the confusion is, is in the fact that we all define "big" differently. I compare them to the rest of the population to determine if they're big or muscular. They don't have to be as big as myself or even bigger in order for me to give them props and say they're "big." Again, if they're a lot larger and more muscular than 99% of the population, I personally consider them "big." This guy is.

You're obviously comparing them to the physiques of pro bodybuilders. Of course that guy's physique wouldn't be the size of a pro bodybuilder's physique. That doesn't mean that relative to the rest of the population he wouldn't be considered "big" and muscular. It's all in how you personally define the word. Either way, I'd say what he accomplished and/or maintained is impressive for being locked in an 8 X 8  cell with no equipment. He deserves the credit.
