I disagree.

It's perfectly fine to train 2 hours. Especially when you do UB/LB or fullbody workouts.

Please explain why training 2 hours is going to influence your gains in a negative way.
I can understand that 45-60 minutes is enough if you only train chest en triceps for example, but what if you train presses and UB pulls on the same day? (ub/lb) Do you think 45 minutes is enough do get a decent workout done? Brutal lack of volume. :D
LOTS of pro strength athletes train a lot longer than 1 hours per workout. Do you think they are wrong?  :D

Ps the damage that cortisol does is HIGLY overrated. (very funny when people who are juiced to the gills are worrying about cortisol levels.)

Don't waste your time Monster. Anybody can claim lifts, even post it on youtube but you can never be sure. But what you can be sure in Sevaste's case is how he looks. He makes fun of that JohnnyNoName guy or whoever that guy is that Sevaste likes to post pics of. Sure the guy is not huge but at least he looks like he works out and is in great shape. And I'm sure bitches drool over him and is a pussy magnet. Sevaste, who never tires of posting pics of himself, shows nothing to indicate he is a serious athlete especially one who juices (100mg dbol/day). And I doubt he has many female prospects that are attracted to that greasy, third world, euro trash, look that he so proudly post. Just look at his avatar.
