Please explain why training 2 hours is going to influence your gains in a negative way.
I can understand that 45-60 minutes is enough if you only train chest en triceps for example, but what if you train presses and UB pulls on the same day? (ub/lb) Do you think 45 minutes is enough do get a decent workout done? Brutal lack of volume.

LOTS of pro strength athletes train a lot longer than 1 hours per workout. Do you think they are wrong?

Ps the damage that cortisol does is HIGLY overrated. (very funny when people who are juiced to the gills are worrying about cortisol levels.)
